董事長表示，2025 年集團重點推進了兩大核心工作：一是全面布局數字化轉型與人工智能發展，要繼續向數字化領域堅定邁進，未來集團將持續加大相關領域投入，將數字化轉型作為企業發展的必要支撐；二是推進生產區域優化與智慧廠區建設，明確各子公司重點廠區搬遷時間節點，要求所有廠區建設均以高標準定位。董事長強調，數字化轉型的數字世界布局與生產區域調整的物理世界規劃本質相融，企業數智轉型的成功關鍵在于物理與數字世界重合度的提升，要不斷探索數智化發展新形態。
